How to Apply for ATM Card?
Applying for PHCCI ATM card is easy. Simply follow these steps:
- Visit the office and fill out the ATM application form at the new accounts section.
- Provide any government issued ID as supporting document.
- Pay the required P150 ATM card fee and P200 maintaining balance at the cashier/teller.
- Claim ATM card and PIN Mailer at the cashier after 7-15 working days.
