3. Civil marriage license or marriage contract (photocopy)
4. Parish Permit for Non-Parishioner (if not from the Holy Cross Parish area)
5. Publication of Marriage Banns
6. Canonical Interview
7. Pre-Cana Seminar
8. List of 2 wedding sponsors

For a Common-law Partner (amancebado)

1. Affidavit of Cohabitation (Article 34) (4 copies)
2. Baptismal Certificate (with ‘For Marriage Purposes’ note.) (original)
3. Confirmation Certificate (with ‘For Marriage Purposes’ note.) (original)
4. Publication of Marriage Banns
5. Canonical Interview
6. Pre-Cana Seminar
7. List of 2 principal sponsors
